35 years later

Thanks to you, we at Ginza HIKO are celebrating our 35th anniversary.

Men's Boutique Hiko was founded by Nakamura Tetsuhiko in 1986.

"I want to find masterpieces I haven't seen yet."
"We want to provide better products and make our customers happy."

Our shop was small, only about 30 square meters, but the shelves were lined with products filled with big dreams and thoughts, and thanks to them we were able to gain regular customers.


Thirty-five years have passed since then, and we have seen the collapse of the bubble economy, the Lehman Shock, and the earthquake disaster...it has been a turbulent time.

When we first started our business, we never even dreamed that we would be doing business in Ginza.
It may be only natural that I am standing here now, as a result of my efforts to achieve my goal of "making many people smile through the power of our masterpieces."


We have been able to survive these turbulent times and continue to live day by day thanks to the artisans who have provided us with their masterpieces.
We thank our customers for purchasing it.


Once again, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to all our staff.

Response to "Salameshi"

He came to Tokyo with no relatives.
The Ginza location will be celebrating its fifth anniversary this fall.


Despite not being well known, I have been approached by editors and stylists from various men's magazines to be featured in their pages, and I have also had the opportunity to appear on television.


The most notable response was

We received many messages from people who sympathized with our father-daughter relationship.
We received letters, phone calls, and emails, and some people were even in tears when they shared their thoughts with us.

In addition, we have had customers visit our store as a result of the program.
Some people even ordered it.
During these difficult times caused by the coronavirus pandemic, your warm thoughts have given us so much energy and courage...
Even now when I think about it, my heart warms.

Also, people in their hometown of Kumamoto commented, "It was great to see the two of them again after such a long time!"
"I was so nostalgic that I cried."
"I was so proud!"
It was a wonderful experience to hear such kind words and feel that even though I haven't been able to return to Kumamoto yet, I still have a strong connection with everyone.


We were very grateful to receive a call from the director who helped us out during the production of the show, and we were asked to appear on the show.

It has been well received since before.
The concept of HIKO POWER SUITS is to allow more people to wear good suits casually.
Our new full-order service will further improve our quality.

We make our products using a method called "round sewing," which is not seen very often these days, in which a single craftsman handles the entire process from start to finish.

The fabrics are Scabal and Dormeuil.

We have a wide selection of products to meet the needs of customers who want higher quality.
