From a distance it looks plain, but the key point is that it is actually a houndstooth pattern, so it can be worn casually over a T-shirt as well as for dressy occasions. The material on the shoulder line is thin, so the sleeves are naturally tucked in for a relaxed look. The lapels have a beautiful roll, using a wool interlining. Traces of delicate hand-stitching are visible.
