Generally, ties are tied when serving customers or taking product photos, but even tying them just once can leave creases and wrinkles in the interlining .
We even avoid this "one-time knot" and insist on "not tying" as proof that our products are new.
In order to preserve the texture and three-dimensionality of the ties in stores, even when they are displayed folded in half , a special paper roll is carefully inserted to prevent them from losing their shape.
